Seed Bank.
A community library of seeds and the stories that come with them.

What it is
The Seed Bank is a place where people can contribute seeds they have saved, along with what they know about them: where they came from, how they grow, and who grew them before.
Seeds are received, reviewed, and stored here at The Bloom Farm, by our team.
It is kept apart from the farm’s growing. Seed Bank seeds are stored separately and are never planted on the mini farms. Mini farms grow only from the seeds the farm supplies.
How to contribute
Share what they are, where they come from, and anything you have learned growing them.
Our team reviews what you send and tells you whether we can accept it and how to get it to us. We accept seeds when you can tell us where they originated.
Accepted seeds are recorded with their story and kept safe for the community.
We can only accept seeds whose origin you know. Seeds that come from outside the United States may need a permit. Tell us where yours come from and we will say whether we can accept them.

Take seeds
Anyone can ask for seeds from the bank. They are free, and what we can give depends on what we have.
Support the Seed Bank
